Running Nose, Reddish Eyes and frequent Sneezing
AllJust want to share my exp..
I had this allergy problem for past 10 yrs.
Tried the following
a) Homeopathy (not sure if he is the right doctor) 3 years... but nothing improved
b) Apollo Allergy specialist
where they gave me 3 injections to be put per month for 6 mnths i put injection
For those 6 mnths it is fine and it started again next month as we are frequently exposed to external atmosphere and the doctor says ALLERGY cannot be cured and it can be only controlled
c) Went to Ayurveda medicine and they are declined to cure this after 6 mnths (went to KOTTAKKAL)
FINALLY it GOT Cured for me...
HOW??????
I was practicing YOGA (PRanyam)(1/2 hr perday) compulsorily DAILY..
Beleive it or not. I stopped the medicine now. I started
practicing it from Oct 2012 and slowly i was able to sense the improvment i got. Able to realise the changes in my body.
