Angelena, you can try what RP Tamhankar suggested.
Sulphur is a huge skin remedy.

The skin is ruled by the liver ( in Chinese medicine)
Fried oily food is not healthy and hard for the liver
to break down that type of food. I suggest you change
your diet, include a salad, and a cup of natural yogurt
everyday as that is a natural probiotic that helps increase
and maintain the right flora in your intestines so that food
is digested properly. Drink enough water everyday, walk
everyday for a half hour at least, and eat fresh good food.

This alone will get your system back into balance- everyone
needs healthy oil in their diet- to get that you can use
olive oil on salads or in cooking, or take a tablespoon of
flax seed oil everyday which helps skin, hair and nails.

Dear simone sir,
Thanx for ur prompt reply...
My main cause of acne as i think is ny bodys inability to breakdown the fats that i intake thru my diet..when i read in materia medica regarding pulsatilla it stated that pulsatilla should be taken when symptoms aggravates due to oily food...
Is pulsatilla a better remedy for me?
Pls advise..

angelena george 9 years ago
You have fats everyday that are not fried and you don't
break out. Fried fats are bad fats for everyone. If you
are eating in an unhealthy manner it won't matter what
remedy you take.

Think of your body like a car. If you put in low grade gasoline,
and oil, it won't work right.

So I don't know what your daily diet is like- that has to be
right.

I don't know if pulsatilla is right bc you have to match
the remedy on many levels, mental symptoms, physical
symptoms, emotional symptoms, what makes things
better and worse, if you like cold or hot etc.

Simone717 is spot on what he said about healthy diet and lifestyle.

A good and healthy diet along with an active lifestyle will definitely help. However, if even a little of fried stuff, that people generally have once in a while, causes a break-out, there's something not right about your system.

You can fill up the questionnaire and let us know your general and mental symptoms. That will tell us if PULSATILLA would really help.

Rishimba,

She has another thread with RP Tamhankar where he prescribed sulphur
and she wanted to take Pulsatilla. He told her to go ahead.

At that point she had 'One' pimple-as of yesterday- 3 pimples.

Fyi ( btw Rishimba, I am a Mom)

Best to you,

Simone717

There are good fats and bad fats. If you cook with
olive oil that is a good fat. If you are cooking at high
temp things with breaded coatings etc or fast food
is cooked in bad oils mostly that stuff is harmful.

GOOD FATS
Polyunsaturated fat
Olive oil
Canola oil
Sunflower oil
Peanut oil
Sesame oil
Avocados
Olives
Nuts (almonds, peanuts, macadamia nuts, hazelnuts, pecans, cashews)
Peanut butter
Soybean oil
Corn oil
Safflower oil
Walnuts
Sunflower, sesame, and pumpkin seeds
Flaxseed
Fatty fish (salmon, tuna, mackerel, herring, trout, sardines)
Soymilk
Tofu
Saturated fats and trans fats are known as the “bad fats” because they increase your risk of disease and elevate cholesterol.

Appearance-wise, saturated fats and trans fats tend to be solid at room temperature (think of butter or traditional stick margarine), while monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats tend to be liquid (think of olive or corn oil).

BAD FATS
Saturated fat Trans fat
High-fat cuts of meat (beef, lamb, pork)
Chicken with the skin
Whole-fat dairy products (milk and cream)
Butter
Cheese
Ice cream
Palm and coconut oil
Lard
Commercially-baked pastries, cookies, doughnuts, muffins, cakes, pizza dough
Packaged snack foods (crackers, microwave popcorn, chips)
Stick margarine
Vegetable shortening
Fried foods (French fries, fried chicken, chicken nuggets, breaded fish)
Candy bars

HEPAR SULPH is a probable remedy for you but one of its modalities is 'better in damp weather' which is opposing yours.

Tell me, do you crave acidic or sour food like pickles etc.

rishimba 9 years ago

angelena george 9 years ago
And my major concern is that my pimple is always accompanied by pus ..white fluid .. wch actually looks ugly on face..i dont know from where this pus comes in my body??

angelena george 9 years ago
Most pimples do have pus. You have
pores on your face, When pores get
blocked thru too much oil coming thru
them they can't release sweat and other
things that our skin releases.

So then the pore can get a blackhead,
a whitehead, or a pimple with pus
bc the pore is blocked.

Upload a picture of your skin and you
can email it to Rishimba's email address.

simone717 9 years ago
Mam right now i have only red bumps on my cheeks ..not major pus filled acne..bcoz since 2 weeks i m controlling my diet..eating more of steamed vegetable and fruits

Yes it hurts if it is a newly formed pimple..bt when it get 2 3 days old there is no pain

angelena george 9 years ago
And there is no particular region on face where i get breakouts like chin pr cheek..it appears anywhere on my face even on the nose!! Wch is so rare...but interesting thing is my other body parts are acne free except buttocks where i get mild acne which is bearable

angelena george 9 years ago
And one incident that occur in my life when i was 10 years old...i had sudden breakout of boils on both my legs...wch were infected n spreaded to my hands also..blood used to come out from these boils and these were painful ..but within a month time it healed coz i took some antibiotics nd applied neem paste on boils..i remember this coz i have still scars left on my leg due to those boils!
