Hi Vinny-

The forum is all volunteer, so there is no guarantee of
enough people being on the forum to answer everyday.

The disc problem and the erection problem are two different
issues.

In the 'allopathic' world they say that these night erections
only show up during the stage of sleep called REM SLEEP.
During that time of sleep different things can get turned off.
The Allopathic way to treat this is to give someone a type
of anti depressant nerve tranquilizer for the sleep issue,
which solves the problem bc people do not wake up. see below info on this-

Homeopathy would look at this issue differently depending on finding your totality
of symptoms, mental, physical, emotional, better and worse by, etc.

_______________
One of the first hypothesis to explain sleep related erections was described in the article published by Ban- croft (2005) who suggest that the noradrenergic neurons of the locus ceruleans are inhibitory to penile erection, and that the cessation of their discharge that occurs dur- ing REM sleep may allow testosterone-related excitatory actions to manifest as NPT [4

]Despite studies still do not explain this relationship, nocturnal erections occur only during rapid eye move- ment (REM) sleep, which can be confirmed by poly- somnography accompanied by Nocturnal Penile Tumes- cence testing or RigiScan test (Figure 1). This sleep state is characterized by decrease of voluntary muscle tonus, hypotension and vasodylation.

_____________________________________________________________

The disc issue can be very different depending on causation. You are young to have this. What happened? Were you
in an accident, or did you have sports related injury -what do you think caused this?

What have you done to treat it? Physical therapy, daily stretching, have you been advised
surgery?

Hi Vinny-

I looked at your old thread about this-

1. Do you still have Vitamin D deficiency?

2. What part of India are you in? Is there a lack of sun?

3. How long has the constipation gone on for? When did it start?
How often do you have a bowel movement?
Describe what the stool looks like.

4. Do you exercise at all?

5. Have you had a blood test recently (CBC ) complete blood count?
this will show your red and white count, if you are anemic and so on?

6. What is your digestion like- any problem eating or gas?

7. What foods do you really like?
What foods do you hate?

8. Is there any bladder problems going on- too frequent, loss of
control, etc.

9. How long do you sleep at night? Is sleep always disturbed?

10. Any reaction to previous Cal phos 200c?

___________

Would like you to start with - 3 tabs of each one at same time. Do this
3 times a day- report back what you notice after 5 days.

Kali phos 6x
Mag phos 6x
Ferrum phos 6x
Cal Flour 6x

I have taken these medicines.i feel little better than earlier.one thing I want to tell u if I wear elastic lower or elastic underwear then I feel pressure on breath or bladder. How to diagnose decrease in voluntary muscle tonus.

vinny85 9 years ago
Hi Vinny- keep taking the salts.

I will be back with you to ask more questions.

simone717 9 years ago
Dear Vinny,

If you are Vitamin D deficient you would be told to
take extra Vitamin D and be tested for levels every 6 months.

Are you taking the extra vitamins to increase D levels?

When did this pressure on bladder and chest start?

If you do not wear elastic underwear, do you have
pressure on the bladder or on the chest?

Does anything relieve this pressure - like moving, laying down,
eating, sitting, bending forward etc?

Does anything besides elastic underwear make this worse?

How long has this sleep pattern of waking up gone on for-

What was going on in your life when this began?

How do you get along with people close to you?

Describe your personality.

How many days I have to take these medicines

vinny85 9 years ago
How long you take is based on if there is continuing
improvement-

Sometimes people take them for 3 weeks with one week off
for a couple months if needed.

What is going on now - since Oct 8th- are you noticing
more improvement? If so, give a percentage since when
you started taking them.

simone717 9 years ago
If I don't wear elastic underwear then I don't feel pressure. In hot wheather if I sleep in air-conditioner then my pennis get more erected, then I m not able to sleep, even in fast fan also. I m introvert kind of person. I speak very less, Even last 3 years my brain is less active or slow.10-20 percent improvement from these medicine.

vinny85 9 years ago
Hi Vinny- Take them for another week and report
again on improvement percentage.

They rebalance your cells to work right- If you have
had something for a long period it takes time to
get things back to normal.
