This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi- You should not be taking zinc unless dr. supervised.

Adults need around 11mg of zinc a day for men- women 8. This product
has 15 mg. It is not in the Upper limit of 30 or 40 mg
which creates toxicity.

You should get the zinc thru food. Chicken, beef, cheese
and milk , beans, nuts and oatmeal. You probably do not eat oysters ( they have 500 mg over daily requirement)

How did you notice the 'lack of Zinc'?

If you are eating the foods above you should
have enough. Otherwise you could have a food absorption
issue and that can be helped with cell salts ( biochemic)
usually or a remedy if your overall totality is looked at
and it is needed.

You need a blood test to see if you are really in need of this.
Too much zinc leads to abdominal distress.

I don't think you need to worry about passiflora and the
zinc- but I think you need to know if there is an
actual problem.
