How many forms of homeopathy remedy available

When I went one of the homeopathy practitioner to purchase remedy near to my place he asked me whether I need original remedy which is liquid form they have in 30-100ml bottle, pellet which made from original remedy (in 10 ml bottle of pellet 7-8 drops of original remedy), liquid dilution ( in 30 -100 ml bottle mixed with water, alchohol, original remedy.

Above which one is most effective.

For the purposes of a patient buying a remedy to take for themselves, you would probably be best served buying the Liquid dilution (also called Oral dosing liquid).
