Help for c-section

My friend had a c-section last Tuesday. She's 43 years old and the baby was done by invitro fertilization. They tried to induce the labor on the due date with 3 bags of pitocin and almost no contractions. They then gave a c-section and her blood pressure already low dropped to 62/34 and she was vomiting blood. They got her back and stitched her. She's now at home and her milk is not coming in and also she has pain from the c-section. Please give suggestions. She has colustrom, and they are dripping formula over the nipple as the baby sucks to try to help bring the milk in. What would help-I was thinking of Pulsatilla for the milk. Also, suggest for c-section recovery. Thanks!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Pain from C-section should be reported to the doctor. It could be any thing from normal after surgery to something serious. If normal, give hypericum 6C, 1 globules under the tongue at as required frequency.

For milk problem give Urtica Urens Q(mother tincture), 5 drops in hot water, 4 hourly.

I used Arnica 30c every 3 hours after my surgery instead of the morphine that was connected to the IV line and surprised the nursing staff and the surgeon with my rapid recovery and lack of pain.

Even though it is late you will benefit from using Arnica 30c every 3 hours and I recommend that it is used in the water dose which is made by dropping 3 globules of the remedy into a 500ml bottle of spring water and succussing it by banging it on your palm 6 times every time before sipping a teaspoonful of the remedy.

Arnica will help the wound to heal faster but if any infection is observed on the sutures you must consult your surgeons ASAP.

As advised by me for pain, please give Hypericum on as required basis. Also give Arnica as advised by Joe De Livera for prevention of pus formation etc. The two put together will help a lot.

Please see chapter on Hypericum(4th.&5th.line), MM by Boericke. It says for Hypericum:-
"Relieves pain after operations. Quite supersedes the use of Morphia after opreations".
