Rash with intense itching

One of my relatives is suffering from rashes on his back (whole of his back), posterior part of upper arm, inner part of forearm, abdomen and some rashes on the top portion of his thighs, The rash started off as three brown ringworm like eruptions (brown in colour) which were diagnosed as ringworm infection and ketoconazole and hydrocortisone were applied and the rashes got suppressed.

He has been suffering from periodic neck and lower back pain. The pains occur almost every year and is so severe that he is unable to move his neck. He was earlier given Dulcamara 10M and later Dulcamara 200 which provided no relief for the neck pain. After a while he started taking Colocynthis + Rhus Toxicodendron (Morning)
Paris Quadrifolia+ Kalmia (Evening)
Magnesia Phosphorica (Night) for pain in neck and back. But all of a sudden the rashes started spreading and Sulphur 200 (four pills each day for four days) were given. The rashes have not subsided.

His eyes are red, he suffers from intense itching and scratches the rashes. He has burning sensation too. Is scared to sleep as the itching is so severe while lying down. The itching is severe in the morning after waking up from bed. He is in great despair because of the intense itching. The rashes appear red initially and then turn brown and scaly. Application of calamine causes initial burning but provides some relief after a while. After sometime the itching starts again.Pl. help.

Dr.Kadwa,

We were not able to get Coffea Cruda in the pharmacy near to us and have ordered it online. In the meantime, one of our friends suggested 'Divya Kayakalp Kwath' and 'Divya Kayakalp Tail' and since they were readily available and are ayurvedic remedies, he started using them. The itching has reduced by 70% within two days and he sleeps peacefully. The rashes have dried up dramatically too, though have not disappeared altogether.

Will keep you posted.Once again, thanks much for your selfless service!

'Divya Kayakalp Kwath' and 'Divya Kayakalp Tail' are great remedies for skin indeed. i think that the earlier homeopathic remedies could have led to the aggravation which subsided well under the influence of the ayurvedic remedies. Anyway thank you so much for your kind words of appreciation.

Thanks much, Kadwa!

Can you pl. advise if he can start using the earlier homoeopathic remedies (Colocynthis + Rhus Toxicodendron (Morning)
Paris Quadrifolia+ Kalmia (Evening)
Magnesia Phosphorica (Night) for pain in neck and back) after taking the prescribed dose of Coffea Cruda?

These homoeopathic remedies were prescribed for his neck pain. He stopped using them once the rashes aggravated. Now that the rash issue has subsided (not fully cured, but is much better), can he start those medicines again?

We would be grateful if you can take his case up and prescribe medicines. He has constantly been suffering from an ailment or another (UTI, neck pain, back pain and rashes). This greatly affects his career and his personal life. Thanks in advance !

Dr. Kadwa,

Thanks much for the reply!

It would be great if you can reply to the following questions.

1. Belladonna 30 or 200 - Do they mean 30C and 200C?

2. Should they be taken after taking Coffea Cruda which you had prescribed earlier? Or can he just take Belladonna?

3. Can he continue using Divya products while taking homoeopathic remedies?

Thanks !

Coffea Crud is not needed now. Please continue Divya products. Please give Bell 30C and 200C as advised.
