Dosage Recommendations
Hello Homeopathic Practitioners,I have been prescribed Zincum Metallicum, Pulsitilla, and Arsenicum Album 30 c. I am told by my homeopath to take them as dry doses 3 times a day 2 pellets for 3 days each with a 4 day rest between each remedy. I asked if there was a way to take these more gently for my chronic sensitive complicated case. I received a response that I would do fine this way and that other ways of dosaging would not be as effective. I would like to avoid aggravations because I need to eat as I am recovering from anorexia from a mysterious medical event although an intuitive physician said I had giardia (hit and run scenario). Am I missing something here or is there a more efficient way to dose this rememdies?

Is this the Homeopath I found for you? Bc I looked
for a classical homeopath- and this prescribing is
not correct.
There is no way to know what a remedy does until
you take it.
The next remedy or more doses of the same remedy or
different potencies of the same remedy can only
be determined by what your reactions are.
So there is no way for this homeopath to know if
you should take Pulsatilla after you take Zincum Met.
Also on giardia you can get tested for that with stool
samples and find out if you really have it or not-
I would do that if you thought that may be going on.
On this "prescription" it seems you would be better
taking Evocationer up on his offer to take your case
and find a remedy that covers your totality -this
sounds like guessing.

This is another homeopath. They said there prescription and rememdies chosen are based on actually changing me and not just controlling symptoms. The other one did not work as I had hoped as well. This prescribing seemed odd to me too. I have felt like there has been alot of guessing and lack of dose adjustments by previous homeopaths that only slight symptoms cleared up and total healing still needs to take place. I do understand your points and should get my case deciphered by Evocationer, just want to be cured and not go through more spells. I did get tested for parasites and was told at rare instances they do not show up by medical doctors. I do believe in homeopathy and would like to continue with a protocol that is most towards my current sensitive nature to healing permanently.
