evocationer plz help nausea and hair fall problems

Hello,

Sir I am 25 years old suffering from the following problems:

1. I feel Vomiting early morning, after having food and it gets worse while I take bath
2. hair fall problem having thin hair with itchy scalp
3. sexual problem having thin and small penis, scrotum has contracted and became small, too early ejaculation.

I believe sir you can take me out of this trouble. plz help sir
