Various Problems

Respected Doctors,

I want to discuss my problems with you and hopefully find a solution to it as its been years and Ive been to many doctors but to no avail.

My main problem is that part of my rectum comes out when I go to stool. It goes inside when I pull it inside. And all over the day a sticky oily substance comes out of it continuously.

Secondly the need to urinate is very frequent. I have to go to the bathroom every hour or so. Even if i drink no water still I have to go to urinate. And I still feel to urinate when i just come back from the bathroom.

Thirdly my hands and feet become very cold in winters or if its a little cold weather. They become like ice. And they go numb too. If i sit for a minute cross legged my feet will become numb. Or if theres a little pressure above the ankles feet will become numb. If Im sitting on a chair and keep on leg on the other, the foot of the top leg will become numb. Same with hands.

Another thing ive noticed is that when I eat food I start to feel cold. If i skip meals I won't feel as cold. Recently we went for mountain climbing with friends in cold weather. There i noticed this. And whenever i would eat food i'd start to feel back pain for a while.

And my stamina doesn't seem to improve. Im always stuck at the bottom out of breath. No matter how hard I tried and climbed daily but im stuck at the same point. Same with other exercise like pushups. Im stuck at 10, no matter how hard I try I can't pass this point.

I'd be grateful to any doctor if they would extend their help to me.
