Dear Dr. your advice for contracting pain
For last few days I am having contracting pain in penis and spermatic cord for no apparent reason.My age is 51 years. Occasionally have GERD. Lately is feeling sleep disorder, may be due to work related stress or tension. Recently taking Novoteph 40 twice a day for GERD.
There is decreased thirst these days.
Also, have burning urine sensation.
Dear doctor your early advice will be quite appreciated.

Please let me know the dose and the duration of the medicine.
Also, I have been adviced Nux Vomica; can this be taken as substitute. If yes in what potency and dose?

One drop in some water and a teaspoon from it that is One dose if the remedy is in liquid form if you have a small pills take five pills that's one dose

Reading about serious side effects of Cantharis; can I stick to Nux Vomica (please pardon me for repeated questions)

You should follow what Fitness
advised.
There is no substance of Cantharis in this potency. Just
as there is no substance of Nux
vomica in a 200c.
Homeopathic remedies are a vibration of the substance- If
you took the remedy to a lab they would tell you it is water
only.
