Treating Alopecia- Please respond swiftly

Hello friends,
I have a question on Homeopathy in relation to treating my alopecia. I have included some facts about my self and alopecia.

My question is this...I have decided and have started(2days ago) taking Kali PHOS(potassium phosphate) in 6X along with 1000mg of Vit.C and a Vit. B complex. For the Kali Phos...I take 4 tablets every 2 hours like it says on the bottle. I was just making sure that this dosage is not gonna hurt me side-effect wise. Also I'm unsure of the difference in dosage amounts(6X, 30C, 6C...ect). Here is my life dealing w/ alopecia areata.

I'm age 21..white..male..extreamly athletic. I have really fine hair with a few strands of gray hair. My personality reflects every persons who has posted. My mind is constantly racing...It takes me forever to fall asleep(1or2hrs.) because I can't stop thinking...I'm considered by most to be too sympathetic and unusually kind to others. My mother had Chrones Disease and my brother had Exscuma(both Auto-immune problems I believe). I have moved 9times so far but I'm in a very caring family. My finger and toe nails are 'textured' coarse. I have moles and well tanning skin...and my diet has to be really good because I am a college track athlete.

Alopecia has been in my life since I was 5years old. I started to have patches and at this age and I was using cortisone cream to treat them(which seamed to slow the fall-out). Then I contracted the chicken-pox that spring and by Christmas of that year I had lost everything.

I lived with totalis for several years and started PUVA(i think thats how it's spelled) light treatments. I was accidentally burned really bad(huge blisters on my head) during the treatment. Some how this burn must have triggered something because 1 year later I had regained most of the hair on my head except a portion of my right eyebrow. My body hair was pretty sparse however.

Now shortly after our last move(5yrs ago) I began getting bald patches on my head and lost my eyebrows and eyelashes. I went to the dermatologist and was prescribed Sulfasalazine 2years ago. I believe it worked for me because the patches filled in and a small portion of my eyebrows grew back.

Now however, I'm starting to lose some hair again and my eyebrows are almost non-existent. I have noticed that this desease is somewhat realited to stress and worrying. Almost like our over-active brains are killing our hair when over-worked or tramatized.
