lever problem; joindics, chest tb

sir my doughter have severe problem of tb; joindics. she was admitted in hospital with psychological effect and unconsiousness now she is well talking with us. her sgot and sgpt are approx 80-90. it was 500-550 at the time of admission. but her PT/INR is about 3 now and patient value 36 sec. Will u pls suggest me about some medicine to save her organs.... her age is 16 and weight about 30 kg

Please give her Carbo Veg 30 twice a day for 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Also give her 3 pellets of Natrum Sulph 6x twice a day for 15 days.

Please give her plenty of fruit juices and vegetable soups. Sour fruits may be avoided. Oil should also be avoided.
