control masturbation
Hello,I am masterbating from the age of 15 and I masterbate 2 times a day daily. I am 26 years now.
How can I get rid of this habit. I am very thin.
Please help.

Your being thin has nothing to do with your sexual behavior.
Stop fighting with yourself & & stop feeling guilty.
Occupy yourself with some good hobby like reading, music, going about with friends etc. which will automatically reduce the frequency. Do not try hard just be normal & enjoy every moment of life including masturbation.
I do not think you need any medicine. You just have to get rid of SILLY ideas people talk about this normal (masturbation) behavior.

Try AGNUS CASTUS 30C it will help you a lot. Myself using this one as per one of our doctor's suggestion in this forum. It worked a lot to me.
