Dear Evocationer!please help

Dear Sir

My wife is suffering from hypothyroidism.some of her prominent symptoms are as follow.
1 She is having heavy menses
2 she is having gastric problem
3 mood swing is quite often
4 she can not tolerate any opposition.
5 Dictatorial nature
6 Overweight
7 hairfall is frequent
8 resrntly she had an abortion in the third month due to over exertion.problem of placenta previa was observed.
