Cold hanging around

Any advice on how to finally kick off a cold that has been hanging on for about 10 days now?

Symptoms are - thick muccous in nose - mainly one nostril at a time, sore throat - sore to swallow/talk/cough, chesty cough, better in fresh air, worse in the mornings and general drained tired feeling.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated :-)

why you are worry about cold this big forum with you please continue the Hepar sulph 200 daily three doses for a week and write to the forum about your improment.
