Facial Neuralgia/ATN

Hi,
I have been told that I "probably" have facial neuralgia. I have had dull achy pain on the left side of my face since March - sometimes severe in my left eye. It almost feels numb although neuro says that is pain. Neuro seems uneasy about diagnosing it-particularly since i don't have symptons of classical TN. Occasional relief for a week or so at a time, particularly when I don't eat much. Have had multiple MRI's-all normal (with non-specific white lesions), all blood work is normal. Have been taking 600mg of neurontin (200x3) which seems to work a little. Don't like side effects and don't want to take a higher dose. OTC painkillers do nothing. Any homeopathic remedies you can suggest?
Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Use hypericum 200 2 pills a day for 3 days. Watch for prognosis and report after a week

if hypericum does not work, then take spigelia 30, thrice a day for 2 days and then report.

Can you tell me which format of spigelia to take? I don't understand the difference between the "x" and "c" and the different sizes. do sizes relate to dosage? thank you.

The x or c depends on the potency. The sizes do not matter - may vary depending on where you get it from.

My daughter has severe facial pain diagnosed as ATN after a tooth extraction about 16 months ago. She is experiencing severe pain in the lower left jaw area. Pain also extends to bottom and upper teeth as well as weird headaches sometimes. When experiencing bad pain her lips swell (mostly upper lips). She is on opiods for pain relief but really doesn't seem to be helping lately. She also suffers from depression and anxiety. Any homeopathic remedies you can suggest?

If staphysagria, mag phos and silicea don't work, you may see whether spigelia helps. Spigelia is also a good suggestion.
