Erictile dysfunction
Dear Dr. I have been suffering from erictile dysfunction since 2002. Due to masturbation.I m also suffering from night fall , & low quantity of seminal . I m totely unable to maintain eriction in my penis ,my penis skin is dry, sensitive & rough, root part of my penis is small (weak) then the upper cap part of penis, I feels hard eriction at night in sleeping conditon , but if i want to maintain eriction in my penis i feels that seminal will have discharge before eriction, i m 28 years old boy , waight is 42 kg ,hight is 5 feet & 4 cm, unmarried. A docter prescribed me beuforana 1 m daily 1 dose before breakfast , for 7 days , can i use it ? , i m also facing the problem of eyes dark circle ( indication of impotence ) my main problem is that i can't maintain eriction in my penis according to my desire, & i m totely unable to maintain eriction in my penis , kindly docter prescribed some remedies , for complete treatment.(This post contains an image. who told u dark circles is sign of importancy?
please don't take the bufo rana as per that dose guideline. meet a goos homeopath for face to face conversation and counselling.

Stop relying on medicines to increase sex time..
Build up stamina,if you are obese work out.
Stop masturbating and thinking about porb everytime
Do aerobbic workouts.cardio for 30 mins
Eat organic.cut off junk food
Take supplements
Maca powder
Korean ginseng
And ashwagandha powder with milk everyday
Take care..
Overmasturbation can damage nervous system and create an imbalance of the sympathetic nervous system
Give some time to your body to heal itself
Give up lust and sex for atleast six months and cure yourself first,
Take shilajit and morpheme kohinoor gold capsules.
