For Telescope
Simone717 suggested I request you specifically in my post :)I am a 33 year-old female in good health. I follow a whole-food, and mostly plant-based diet. No dairy, gluten or soy in my diet. Clean skin care line, no toxic ingredients. I used ortho tricyclen for birth control from age 16-30 (except during 2 pregnancies in and nursing in 2006/7 and 2008/9). I've had flawless skin and clockwork periods my entire life. Little to know PMS, cramping or other symptoms of any kind. Since getting off the pill 3 years ago, it's been a disaster. Never a regular period, and chin acne that's gotten progressively worse. Most often cystic, and clustered. Sometimes 7-8 grouped together at at time. Big, red and angry pimples. Worst a couple of days before my period, and near ovulation. I might have 2-3 days a month of 1/2 decent skin.
Have undergone muscle testing and discovered I had 2 parasites from food; treated with Pumpkin Seed Oil capsules, and now subsequently NAC to remove toxins and Camu Camu as vitamin C stores were depleted. Also learned (as a separate issue) that my body holds onto old hormones, beginning all the way back to my first period. Thyroid is tested and all good. I've been using IC3 then DIM supplements for about 6 months and not seeing an improvement in acne, but seeing some improvement in cycle regularity. Any suggestions?
Much gratitude

It has been 25 days since my first dose. Definitely a noticeable difference. Minimal acne, and a timely period. Only now am I seeing the beginning stages of more acne in the chin area.

It's been 18 days since my last dose. I had some heavy spotting all of last week, and started my period yesterday, 30 days since my last. Acne accompanying the period but otherwise good.

Shall I go out and purchase 1m, or would 5 x 200c be equivalent?
With gratitude,
LL

It has been 21 days since I took a dose of pulsatilla 1M. My period began on Saturday; 29 days since the previous. My acne has changed to only a couple of cysts, but I have developed rash like solid little bumps around the corners of my mouth which I've never had before.dry and flaky but not painful or itchy. It seems to be getting worse. Please advise of next steps. Thank you kindly :)

It has been 9 days since I took the Sulphur 200. No change in the small bumps, but I have an increase in cysts on my chin, which is odd at this time as I just finished my period. Happy to report though that my period began 30 days after the previous one :)

It has been 15 days since my dose of Sulphur 200, and my skin is markedly worse. Still rash-like bumps and more dry and flaky around the corners of my mouth. A few more cysts; just as they were before I initially took the pulsatilla. Shall I wait it out?
Many thanks :)

Unfortunately I didn't see your reply until Tuesday as it didn't come to my email! I appreciate your reply. So I took the recommended dose of pulsatilla 1M on Dec 1. Wanted to update here to keep track that spotting started on Nov 29; only 3 weeks from my last cycle. Very heavy period began today. Also still have dry rash-like bumps at left corner of my mouth. A few cysts on the right side.
Thank you again and enjoy the day :)
