Kidney pain

Hello doctors,

Hope you all are fine.
I want to discuss my wifes kidney pain problem on right side.
Age: 20
Child:1
Case:ceserian.
Pain: accute from upword to lower and on back.

We married 1 year ago and she feels this pain even before our marriage.For relief doctors usually suggest nospa and ciprofloxin after taking them she relaxed but after some time she again feels pain. Her urine report shows infection in right kidney and some pulses but not so serious.
Kindly suggest some remedy i will be very thank full to you.

Sorry i cant remember to share that my wife also has 2 small stones in her right kidney.

Is said remedy should be taken now??

This med is for pain in and around kidney due to stone
Pl inform the size of stone and its location.

Dear Doc,

Please read the below report for your reference.

"Right kidney showing two stones measuring 10 mm each at its upper and mid poles. moderate hydronephrosis seen.
right utter is also dilated.
Left kidney is also showing moderate hydronephrosis. left ureter is also dilated. no stone seen in the pelvicalyceal system."

please suggent according to the report.
