3 week old baby believe to have reflux need remedy

My 3 week old was switched from similac sensitive formula to similac allementum for a dairy allergy. She was doing fine until day 2 she started with throwing back in pain , coughing and not wanting to be put down for naps. She mainly wants to be be held. She is however eating fine but screams in pain from what I believe to be reflux. I don't know if this arose from switching formulas or just that she has reflux. My son who is now 2 had vey bad reflux and milk allergy and we used prvacid before finally finding out about nat phos and switching thank goodness. He was 3 months when we switched him to nat phos. My question is can she take nat phos at this young of an age? If so what dose?

please explain more, does she vomits just after feeding milk, cough problem, when condition is worse or better etc.

She does not vomit and rarely spits up. She is not gassy not constipated. The issue is she is in pain from something because she has been arching her back, coughing a bit and refuses to be laid flat. 1 week ago she was an angel baby when it came to sleeping but we had to change her firmula because she pooped blood (dairy allergy) and started to get gassy and was crying.

give AETHUSA CYNAPIUM 30c liquid, 2 drops in a tablespoon water, 3 times a day for 2 days,

{if buying pills then 3 pills, 3 times 2 days, dissolved in a tablespoon water}

do not eat or drink anything 30 minutes before and after medicine,

REPORT IMPROVEMENT AFTER 10 DAYS

I only have nat phos at home currently as I used to use it on
my 2 yr old son. Can anyone advise a dose suited for a 4 week old baby??

2 pills dissolved in tablespoon water can be given once daily.
