Crust formation on Glans Penis

I am 37 male...i had genital warts & was advised to take Thuja 200 a few drops for three days, the warts were cured but now i have a crust like formation on the Glans Penis. The shaft, scrotum & glans penis itches a lot making me feel uncontrollable to itch at the most unwanted of times, even in public places.
the tip of the penis has turned dark red in colour as if all the blood is blocked there like during erection. Anyone please prescribe me a sure shot Homoeopathic Remedy/Lotion for the same ASAP!
