2 year old not repeating words

Hello
I have a 2 year old who doesn't repeat words he repeats actions like peak a boo and bye bye and he tries to say car and hi but it's not consistent. Someone suggested nat mar 30 c and I see maybe 5-10 percent diff
Is there any other remedy that will help him
He is a happy baby loves to run and play gives affection he is restless when he falls asleep it takes him a while to fall asleep
He loves to eat sweets he won't eat carbs much only rice he will eat chicken a bit and fruit like apples cantaloupes watermelon honey dew doesnt like strawberries any berry bananas
He doesn't eat eggs only eats bit of French toast that's the only way I can get some egg in him he doesn't like toast or pasta cheese pizza
He's hyper toddler fair skin big eyes
He started crawling at 10 months walking by 13 months sitting by 6 months first tooth came by 6 months also he bables a lot of baby words he bables long complex sentences in his own baby language but he won't repeat after me when I tell him this is cat or ball etc I feel like he doesn't wanna try to repeat words he's just comfortable with talking his baby language when he wants something he will point or take ur finger and walk to what he wants and basically tell us through his body language and pointing it out with his hands
Please help me thanks
