telescope sir suggest me remedy

I am 25 year old female suffering from acne problem from teenage time,taken many alopathic treatments(only medicines and creams).but after relief of somedays it comes back.after marriage (two year before) acne completely disappears but after some months after pregnancy and deleivery fungal infection starts.but when i start taken antifungal medicines for that then boils(baaltod) grown on that area.and acne on face again comeback.

height - 5ft 3 inch
skin color - fair
hairs are thin and less and not very long
body slim
like- spicy foods, summer seasons, sour foods
dont like winter season.
some other problems are - talk in sleep,walk in sleep(only in teenage not now), feel sleepy strongly in night and in noon(if cant sleep due to some work then feel irritate and angry),sneezing in morning like machine gun non stop for 10 to 15 minutes(not every day but mostly in cold weather),easily catch common cold with running nose and sneezing every time.
