Guidance for Lac Remedies, please
Hello,I am new to posting on this site but have used homeopathy since teenage years (self-educated study, not educated at homeopath level). I've also been a reader of this forum for some years now.
I'm seeking guidance for Lac remedies if possible as my current situation has led me to resonate with them.
From what I've read of Lac remedies online there are a few that seem to "fit." How do I determine which one is the best fit? Are there key guiding symptoms to look for?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Does anyone have any information or advice, please? If not, can anyone at least point me in the direction of resources where I can find some answers or guidance?
I do not want to get each remedy and take my best guess by trying. I've read often on here the dangers of just taking remedies, making things worse. I'm in too much pain, I cannot take on anymore with that risk. I am desperate but not foolish. And because I've never had a Lac remedy before, I do not want to go into a rapid tailspin.
I've tried many things to heal myself of this problem. But I keep sensing homeopathy will be the answer. It feels like the only hope.
Months ago for the grief, I took remedies I've had before:
- Ignatia 30c. It didn't help. - Nat Mur 30c. Helped very slightly but only for a few days.
More recently I took Arnica 200c. The only thing it helped was a chronic low back pain related to a different emotional trauma. I'm not sobbing as much since that 1x dose, I can control (suppress) the tears and emotional pain more easily but they're still right there.
I struggle to face each day. I force myself to eat, go to work, and bathe. My sleep is very disturbed, very vivid dreams, and I do not want to wake up at all.
If I need to list the affliction of all physical and mental ailments before someone will help, I will do so. I just need to know that first.
If no one can help, I understand. Some sort of response would be helpful however so I'm not left waiting for help if it's not going to be here.

I'm not sure what's happened to this forum it is not the place of healing and education I remember in years past.
Seven days and no response either way to my inquiry. Something must have changed here with management or ownership of the site and it's drawn a whole different audience. As a result I won't be back nor will I ever order remedies from ABC.
