Dr Kadwa Please help me
sir,I get scared very easily, I am feared of public speaking, my heart beats becomes so fast and started vomiting whenever I feel tension. and I feel tension so easily even at very small things .
in periods time first day is so difficult. my lower abdomens pains and sometimes I vomit and feels weak on first day. this problem occurs only on first day of my period start.
I have a problem of falling hairs as well and it extends in summers , I have premature grey hairs as well .my hairs are so dull.
I like spicy food.
I am 21 years old .
gender - female
my weight is 55 kg around, my height is 5.2 .
I feel often fast heart beat and vomits.
please help and suggest suitable medicine.
