dr. kadwa pls help -- ed in a 20 yr old

dr i'm a 20 yr male who hasn't masturbated till now (as far as I remember) and haven't had any problems before with erections. I've masturbated for the first time in my life 2 days back twice due to low self esteem. I felt good after I masturbated for the first time and decided to do again the second time after 4 hrs. So i did it again 4hrs little tired from playing tennis and this time i massaged on and around the head. since then i have had barely 2 erections and have a problem in getting my erection. i havent had my morning erection for the past two days too. i've read on the internet that i might have over stimulated some of the nerves while doing it so i should give it some time to heal and everything would get to normal soon. i hope that really happens but i'm really anxious about this thing would get permanent like ED. i'm really embarassed to talk to anyone regarding this.

Pls help me in any way you can. my morale has gone really down due to this i'm really depressed even to go out of my room. pls help me dr
