e.coli intestinal infection - please help

Dear Doctor,

I am suffering with Escherichia coli( E.Coli) bacteria infection.

Initially started with bloated stomach, stomach tightness , indigestion and not feeling hungry. Later after few days the above symptoms slowly reduced. Then urge to frequent urination started. Later burning at the tip of penis and burning at the anus started. It was very uncomfortable and unbearable.

Now I started taking urikind-KM food supplement as the doctor says this bacteria comes under antibiotic resistant. Now urikind-KM is helping me to certain extent but still I feel mild burning at the anus.

Is there any medicine in homeopathy for eradicate this bacteria ?

I hear the following , but not yet tried :

For acute urine infection, the most common are Cantharis, Equisetum, and coli-bacterium (made from E-Coli)

Could you please help ?
