I am 36 year old man from Pakistan, suffering from premature ejaculation.

The premature ejaculation seems to be chronic; I have had it since very young age. I have been a habitual masturbator and often ejaculate during foreplay. If I survive until the coitus, either I lose erection and ejaculate as soon as I enter the vagina. I begin emitting the semen, often, while only taking to my partner. Any sensual talk with her makes me emit precum. The precum is thin, colorless and odorless. Not getting full erection seems to be aggravating my PE issue. My partner suspects that I am not getting 100% hard. It may be around 95%. For PE, a homeopath had prescribed me a compound of Damian and Agnus Castus (not Q, no idea about the potency i.e. 30 or 200). The first 15 days of taking it, only precum stopped, as Damian thickened my semen; the PE remained the same. My homeopath has continued the same compound with addition of Selenium Tablets (not idea of its potency either). Please advise on this.

Little more about me, I am 5'7 and weigh around 72 kg. I spend most of my time behind the desk. I rarely get involved now in physical activities such as sports etc. I crave sweat. I tend to be anxious and stressed when faced with challenges of life. Last 6 years I have spent alone; and it has aggravated my stress level. I began losing hair on my head around the age of 23. By the age of 30, I had lost almost all hair from the front. Around the same age, my facial shave and chest hair began turning white. Now 80% of my facial shave and a large part of chest hair have turned white, which concerns me a lot.

I eat out quite often, and I am concerned about my health due to this and the stress I have carried in last ten years.

Please prescribe medicine that puts my health and sexual life back on track, before I suffer more damages.
