White marks on Hands

Dear Doctors

My mother is suffering from some kind of skin disease. The back of her both hands have white marks, they some times look reddish and sometimes white.

she is 55 years old and also suffering from rheumatoid arthritis, for which she is taking some allopathic medicines for last 2 years.

A homeopath gave her Sulphur 200, Arsencum Iodide 200 then Arsencum Sulph Flavum 30C but the white patches are increasing day by day.

Please help me to identify this disease and also suggest some homeopathic medicine. The Pictures are attached.

Thank you
