Help needed Lumber spondylosis

Respected All,
I have been diogosed lumber spondylosis 4 years ago. As per MRI report there is moderate compression at L4-L5 due to bulgging disk. I feel back pain along with right leg numbness at the time of walking. After walking 01 km, I have to sit down. After a while I can walk 01 km more. At the time of walking I feel pain in back, buttock and thaigh (Right Side) and numbness in right leg that starts from toe and fingers.
I am also a hypertension patient. BP 150/100 and weight 86 kg and height 5.9 feet.
I can not walk regularly due to back pain and my weight is gradually increasing. My age is 50 years.
Please advise me homeopathic medication.

Regards.
