I am vijaya magaji.age 26
I am suffering constipation with pilesproblem last2 yr.
Stool always hard daily I changed lot of food habits.
One day I went toilet , I pushed hard stool after that I saw one hard lump like pea sized near 0.5 com from anus hole .clot inside the skin feel like hardness.no puss, but pain, no broken skin.I want to ask that this is a fistula
Or something else.when I presses my finger around anus feel like small clot inside skin.

Sulphur 30 nux vomica 30 bc 17 nitric acid 1m 2 3 days aesculus 200 r13
Local homeopathic dr
Ylax , graphite 200 hemallis 200 aesclues 200
No bleeding last 1 yr. bleeding happened jan 2014 - july 2014 3 4 times only
Jan 2015 1 time due to outer anus cut at 6 clock. I am taking some times
Y lax tablet 1 at bed time,last 2 month
No any medicines cure constipation still hard stool.

please find the attachment reports.
i am suffering external swallon and mass of right anus,
i consulted 2 dr gastroenterology.they just prescribed powder and cream.
they never any reliefs.
no reducing mass,stool pattern.
please give me any suggestions..
