Mr. telescope sir i need your help for my mom

Physically: Age 44, Height 5'3 Weight 70Kg, black patches on face (i think melasma), oily face,loose muscular.

Mentally: silent, easily cry,easily get confused, timid, empathetic, fear of water in heavy quantity like lake, sea, dont sit in a boat,fear of accident patient when she go to hospital to meet any patient she start fear to see any accident patient, like old songs.

Cervical Lordosis:

problem since 5 to 6 years, she was taking allopathy medicine from neurologist temporarily relief but not cure, then i consult on this forum before 3 or 4 months ago and doctor prescribed types of medicine like nat mur 30c, sangunaria 30c, apis mellifica 30c, spigellia 30c, currently taking spigelia 30c but medicine working temporarily.symptoms Pain start suddenly any time from neck then goes to upper back head and up to nose, feeling dizziness, vomiting, eyes feels heavy cant turn eyes, during pain right side vein of head pounding ,burning in throat and left side tongue, cheek, and gum, feeling needles on head,if neck turn left right feel dizzy,during travel by vehicle her suffering start due to vehicle bounce, if she look down for long period her suffering start, heat in ears, feel good when support to neck from right side and lie down, she dont want to talk when her suffering start just lie down and close the eyes, feeling tightness from neck to head, currently she is continues feeling burning in throat, left cheek,tongue and gums and spigelia not working.

Heart Problem:

5 to 6 years ago she start feeling pain in chest, after admitted in a hospital doctor told this is heart problem and doctor done his treatment medicine etc. after that doctor done 2D Echo and report said all things are normal but LVEF 50% and IVS is thin and hypokinesis and doctor given discharge with medicine aspisol and wrote on report card ischaemic heart disease (coronary artery disease) so please sir also give medicine these heart problem.

Urine Problem:

urine problem since 3 years taken allopathy medicine but no improvement symptoms are when I have urge to urinate I have to get to the toilet as fast as I can or else I might leak.medicine used for urine problem staphysagria 200,pulsatilla 30c.

sir did you prescribed Calcarea Carb 200 for all problems like heart,cervial and urine problems?

sir mistakenly she has taken 2 dose of Calcarea Carb 200 morning and afternoon now what to do?

sir she is still feeling dizziness, burning in throat and left cheeks, left tongue and left gum and also there is no improvement in urine problem...please advice

sir she has taken causticum 200 dose before 3 days ago and now she is feeling slight burning in throat and there is no improvement in urine problem.... should i wait more days?

Dear sir,

after taking Calcarea Carb 200 dose first 2 days she was feeling burning in throat after 2 days burning stop and then she was feeling light head pain now since 2 to 3 days she is not feeling burning and head pain, but she is not feeling improvement in urine problem please advice?

one day she suddenly start feeling problem there is no other symptoms, and today she is feeling pain right side on head and burning in throat....

no she is not taking any allopathic medicine for anything, now after taking Calcarea Carb some day she feels light headache, some day burning in throat and some day little dizzy and some day normal, she is not feeling suffering daily but sometimes.
