Knee pain

My wife, aged 40 years, suffering from knee pain. She got the pain while standing up, sitting down, hanging her legs down or when legs are folded. She has no pain while walking or standing. Her weight is 70Kg, height 5 ft. No B.P or Sugar. Plz suggest me a homeo remedy.
