Tongue thrusting

Can anyone help me find remedies related to tongue thrusting as a nervous/mental symptom? It's sticking out the tongue with sides curled up when nervous or embarrassed.

I don't know where to look or how else to describe it.

Thank you for replying. The only thing I could think of was grimacing,which didn't seem quite right.
