Sir i m 26 years old i feel pain since 5 years due to sport injury in both knees i feel swollen also i feel stifness having bearable pain i m newly married and when i meet my wife i feel pain and tireness in back and knee joint i dont want to work in the morning but in the evening sometime times and i feel fear while jumping please suggest some medicine mri report isGrade III tear in the posterior horn of medial meniscus along with the sprain in anterior cruciate ligament and mild joint effusion
