Labrynthitis

My son is 17 years and 11 months old. He had cough and cold 2 weeks ago and after 3 days started feeling imbalance and was on bed for 2 days. Doctors gave him antibiotic but the situation did not improve. They gave him anti histamine and beta histine dihydroc however after 10 days he is still the same. His head wobbles a lot when he tries to walk or sit and feels nauseated. He has not been able to go to school or do anything. He is in grade 12 and into very crucial time. We have given him the following homeo medicines
Conium
Merc Sol
Gelsemium

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him Stramonium 200 and Kali Phos 200 twice a day for 7 day and see how that affects.

Its been 4 weeks now and his condition has not improved much. Yesterday we got an MRI done on him which is normal except it still shows some bubbles inhis left ear.
