Lightheadedness/Vertigo issues

Hello,

I have been experiencing varying vertigo issues since mid-March 2016.

My symptoms:

Blurred vision in one eye that varies each day. Sometimes it's there, sometimes it isn't, and occasionally switches eyes. When this is present, I am light sensitive and too much detail (like looking at a shelf in the store) brings on dizziness.

While sitting, or standing extremely still, I'm overcome my a sense of lightheadedness. This is usually mild and I only sway slightly. Today, I felt like my consciousness was slipping from me before it lessened. If I get up and move, it practically disappears. I notice it occurs near or after meals (before and after I eat), near the middle of the day. The longer I sit still, the worse it gets.

Rarely, I'll experience a powerful 'pulling' sensation, most often to the right, as if the whole world is tilting and I'll fall any second. The longest this has lasted has been 15 minutes, and has happened 3 times this month.

I can never get enough sleep, and I am easily fatigued. I can't work out for very long because I get worn out so quickly.

I do not feel nauseous, the room doesn't spin, and I can still move and am pretty coordinated even during the lightheaded period.

I'm a 23 year old female of average weight. I've recently had a few health screenings and eye exams, and everything came back normal. Glucose levels were normal, eyes were normal, and I was rather healthy as far as weight, cholesterol and hormone levels. However, my periods are often extremely heavy or almost nonexistent, and I still have recurring acne. I also gain weight extremely fast if I don't restrict my food intake; note, this means even healthy food. If I eat nothing but healthy foods every day, I still have to control portion size to a very small amount to even maintain my weight.

In August, a blood test showed my iron and hemoglobin to be right below the normal threshold, but the doctor seemed unconcerned, so I doubt it's that.

It has been mostly tolerable until recently, when it's beginning to disrupt my work. I can't work outside in the field when I'm exhausted every minute of every day, and I can't look at a computer screen for long if I'm lightheaded.

Does anyone know what direction I need to be looking to get this resolved, or even what this could be? Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take Phosphorus 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 15 day.

If this doesn't help take Natrum Mur 200 in the same way.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Okay, I'll try that. I don't have anything that powerful, but I'll get some and see what happens
