Dr Nawaz plz help
my pain had started 1.5 yr ago while i was washing clothes bending down and went away in 2-3 days,it returned whenever i bent or lifted heavy,MRI of my spine is normal,but after physiotherapy i have constant pain since last 5 months,and my left back remains swollen,pains.Plz help

8. List of your complaints -1.5 years back my backache started while i was doing laundry, after that i noticed that my left side back had swollen a bit and was aching, i took rest and the pain went away in 2 days,again it returned whenever i bent or lifted something.
I saw a dr he suggested physiotherapy and that made it too worse ,i am having constant pain since then,then i did xray and mri of spine,report s were Normal.
Since then i am having pain in left back and leg also.whenever i lie down my left side back aches.

Gets angry easily, impatient, impulsive, emotional, i am introvert,cant express what i feel,well behaved,i prefer being alone than with people etc
