Found my remedy now what?

Alright, so I suffer from anxiety issues. I've dealt with them for about 8 years. I finally found my constitutional remedy which is phosphorus. At least I believe it is, I have been feeling better since taking it. I've been taking 200c, 4 small balls once a day for about 10 days now. SHould I continue taking them or stop? I have really been feeling better so there is a part of me that feels I shouldn't stop but I would like some advice.

Thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
IF YOU are feeling better, its mean the PHOSPHORUS is acting well, so you should not repeat the medicine till the conditions going well, SO STOP TAKING THE REMEDY NOW.

Well, I followed your advice and stopped taking teh Phosphorous. Now I am feeling anxious and depressed again. Should I start taking it again?

Try taking it in a higher potency. My study and personal experince have found that if you have to keep repeating a remedy, to continue to feel better, it means you need a higher potency. In his book, Homeopathic Psychology, Dr. Bailey recommends 10M for long-term psychological disorders. He says this potency may cause aggravations for a few days while feeling better, but the right remedy will cause a positive transformation in a couple of weeks.

Thank you so much for the response. So, I have ordered 10M. Should I take it for a couple of weeks? Or just until I start feeling better?

According to Dr. Bailey, you take it just once, then wait two to three weeks. You should experience some aggravations in the first three days, maybe including some improvement. It will require patience. If you take 10M again without waiting, it may undo any good effects of the first dose).

Okay thank you so much!!!! I have one additional question....after the two or three weeks after taking it once do I take it again? Or how do you know if you should or shouldn't take it again?

I think if you experience some improvement after two to three weeks, wait another two weeks or so to see if the improvement continues to increase or levels off. If it continues to improve, then just leave it alone (don't take anymore). Just live your life and enjoy!

If it levels off, you could try another dose, then wait another month, as before. If you experience no improvement, maybe it's time to try a new remedy.

I really recommend the two books I mentioned before. All that I have told you I got from reading these books and trying these techniques on myself.
