Dry socket

Hello,
On 11th June i got my left side upper and lower wisdom tooth extracted. I didn't know not to smoke. Result is partial dry wound as told by dentist, asked to wait and watch. Took hypericum 200 one hour before surgery- two times a day , hepar. S 200 one dose every morning. Pain is normal till now, manageable with pain killer. Please suggest what to do so that it doesn't become dry socket. Doctor said 50-50 chances. Pls help.

For the pain take belladona 200,5 pills two times a day.

Thanks for prompt reply but as i told the pain is manageable. I am only afraid that it becomes dry socket. Could you please tell me if ruta will work?

Stop pain killers when better options are there.

Silicea 6x, 5 tabs three times a day for the wound.
