Greetings

Hope you are doing well today. I have degeneration of L5-S1 disc space with reduction. I do stretches daily which help me but the severe pain comes on sometimes then need to take rest with painkiller. Can you suggest medicine with dosage for same.

Severe pain unable to sit or work or move around. Its like the muscles are unable to support the back. Lying down makes it better with taking painkillers, hot bag massage with icing and ayurvedic oil application makes it better. Emotionally feel like its a weakness like an active person on a bed suddenly thinking what happens if this gets severe etc
