Toenail surgery

My 17 yrs old son had ingrown toenails, three years ago he had a successful surgery for his left toenail, but this year his right toenail surgery didn't help. Wound isn't healing, little pus but it bleeds a lot. We tried silicea 200, no help. Now we are trying myristica and hepar sulph in 200, my son complains that all those medicines open up the wound.
There is swelling that's more like an overgrowth. Some friend has suggested Thuja, but we haven't tried it yet.
Young boy is six feet tall fast food lover, has sweet cravings also complains acidity. He also had a big wart in his foot that was cured by freezing.
Please help!

Thanks for your response, he's just stressed out, sometimes have tantrums, at the next moment he's caring and loving. Likes to go gym for training and hangs out with his friends with bleeding and swelling foot, or likes to spend hours playing xbox.

please explain tantrums

what things effect hangnail area? MAKE WORSE?BETTER?

what notice son complain or say in this ?

Rest helps him a lot but he doesn't want to, walking makes it worse and bleeds if it's hit somewhere.
Tantrums are that he has anger issues, on the other hand he is very sensitive and helping. Grinds his teeth while sleeping and also groans in sleep, seems like he is too tired.

single dose of sulfur

2 pellets 30c in 4 oz water--in drinking glass--stir heavy--1 tablespoon dose..

take dose in morning o empty stomache--1/2 hour before first eating...

do not repeat dose..

avoid caffeine foods/drinks..colas,coffee...etc

no other meds--and no topicals on skin at all

after dose--observe for any new (never had before in health history) symptoms

post freely back

Thanks for suggesting the medicine but I'm confused about dose, means from 4oz dose I have to use only 1tab and discard the rest?

I haven't sulphur 30 handy, I'm going to order it today and I'm quite sure that I'll get it in liquid and we use 15 drops of liquid in small quantity of water for mother tincture and for potency too because medicines are too much diluted.
In this case should I make one dose with 15 drops?

no ,no---follow below

1 drop of sulfur 30c (from medicine bottle)in 4 oz water in drinking glass, stir heavy--and 1 tablespoon dose from the 4oz glass solution --give to son

ONLY disgard the remaining solution from drinking glass..wash glass and spoon used to stir and administer dose..

ask if still not clear

Now their is a dry and hard crust like thing can be seen. Skin around the nail is darker in colour, and hurts a lot of touched or put pressure.
