Possible onset of Bells Palsy, no paralysis yet...

Hello, I am currently experiencing several symptoms of Bells Palsy...
For about the last week I have twitches, tingles, flutters and muscle stiffness, pain on or near the ear canal on my right side. It comes and goes and the paralysis has NOT set in.
More recently I have had twitching in my left eye on the inside corner near my nose. And the occasional flutter on the my left side of my face.

I had Bells Palsy about 20 yrs ago. It came on a very cold day I had just showered, fixed my hair with a blow dryer and left...within 30 minutes of arriving to my destination I felt the same type of symptoms described above and paralysis set in...at the time I went to a Physician who possibly gave me anti viral, steroids and therapy. It took it's time but I recovered fully from my face. I honestly do not remember what meds were Rx for me back then.

As time passed I would get these same symptoms on and off. I did see a Neurologist and after a few visits he gave me a med that I believe may have helped. Again, I do not recall what this medication (possibly, anti-viral) was but after taking it I never had any of the symptoms I had back then and currently experiencing today, it's been about 13 yrs since.

I am 42
I weigh 220lbs
Before all of this started I do recall having this spot on my upper back below the neck but to one side of my spinal column, that felt cold not to the touch but within the muscle. I believe it has happened about 3 times.
I do not like to be outside (mosquito's, sun)
The sun bothers my eyes
sensitive to touch
sensitive to sounds, frequencies, noises children make (vocals)...
sensitive to intimate touch, I do not like to be tickled, or touched to softly. I hate clammy hands, and I just avoid kissing at all costs.
I have always had normal periods, I did at one time experience a lot of menstrual cramping but after my children, I no longer have cramping. Now, my periods last about 3-5 days with continued staining till I Ovulate, this started after the birth of my first child. I had my tubes tied 2.5yrs ago. I am pretty sedentary, I never have energy or it comes mostly in the evening and I manage to only get the most important things done on a daily basis. I have no desire for sex except for when I ovulate. Even then I do not initiate. I can't say if it is pride or shame.
I don't generally have any pain. No head aches(rare), no back aches, only the occasional foot pain in the morning or after sitting for long periods.
I lack desire, to start most things...
There has not been any significant trauma in my life, except for my mother being very sick since 2008. She has Amyloidosis, heart transplant and stem cell transplant, it's hereditary. I have 3 children.
I crave salty and sweet foods. I do not have diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol...
I do have very bad vision, near sighted.
I do not have any digestive issues my stool sometimes becomes loose during my period. Urinary issues, I passed a kidney stone 2 yrs ago. There may be more. I do have a small stream through out the day it does occasionally become heavier. Sometimes during the day I go and have to go again after a few minutes. I do not wake up at night to go to the bathroom not even after drinking several cups of water before bed. I believe I retain water.

***I drink one cup of coffee per day.
I I drink mostly water and sweet tea (powder kind). Sodas are rare 2-3 times a month.

I can not think of anything else.
I would greatly appreciate any advice you could give me and of course your time is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your reply. I will purchase the items on Thursday & I will keep you posted on my results.

I did recall one more thing. I don't know if this will change any of your suggestions...
Sometimes I feel like sometimes I have stiffness in my neck more on the right than on the left, right at the base of my head and down to about half way above my shoulders.

Good evening, I am just about to go to purchase the items you have recommended for me. However, my experience with Homeopathy is limited to things like Hyland's teething tablets. So before leaving I would like to clarify some things.

You're recommendation is to take...
Day 1: Num Vox 200 in liquid form.
15 drops, In one ounce of water, drinking it in thirds last dose 1/2 hour before dinner ... do not repeat
Day 2-4: Sepia 200 **pills, tablets or pellets***?
5 pills day for 3 days?
Day 2-4: Kali phos 6X*** 5 tablets 3 times a day?
And of course contact you on the 4th day with my results...

I'm sorry, if I misunderstood. I just want to purchase and follow the instructions correctly. Your time is greatly appreciated
