Hydroureteronephrosis
Hello Experts,My father aged 64 had developed fever, pain in left lower back side (for almost 30 mins), Vomited three times (yellow in color), Fever. Everything got normal in the evening of that day. The next day we consulted nearby physician, he said to undergo CPB, CUE tests (The same day he got fever for 1 hr and 1 time vomiting), In CUE it has been identify there are lot puss cells, physician said to goto a super speciality hospital, First we consulted a Internal Medicine doctor (MD,DM) where he asked to undergo Antibiotic Magnex Forte 1.5mg through IV for three days (6 doses), Also he suggested to consult an Urologist, The urologist suggested initially to for Ultrasound Scan in which the impression was Hydroureteronephrosis, the next day when consulted Urologist again he said to go for KUB CT-SCAN, in which also the impression was "Left Mild Hydroureteronephrosis,Proximal dilated ureter, Evidence of abrupt narrowing of the middle third of ureter", There is no calculi.
Request to suggest for treating Hydroureteronephrosis and Proximal dilated ureter, Evidence of abrupt narrowing of the middle third of ureter.
