Tongue can not take out

Patient of 70yrs male was suffering from oral gum carcino-ma. When I got the case, patient was just came out from ICCU after chemotherapy shock. Condition was nasal tube feeding, senseless, digestive system failure, bradicardia and low haemoglobin.
After 3 months of treatment, patient is now totally able to take any food and drink, can walk 5KM without support.
The only problem that still exists is the tongue movement problem. Patient can not move the tongue out of mouth and have some speech problem. Previously, he was completely unable to move the tongue. After applying Lach30 for one month, it is improved partially. Now he can move it inside mouth but can not lift up to cross the bar of lower teeth.

I will be very grateful if someone can suggest the farther remedy to completely cure this problem.
