This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Thank you Mr.Murthy for your confidence in me.
Presently I am at a place wehre there is no good internet speed, though I have read this case completely I was unable to read the follow up which I will do once I have good internet access.
But on basis of the my study I would suggest this patient Pulsatilla 30C or 200C, just 2 doses 3 hours apart and wait for at least 8-10 days. No more medicines.
I hope this is his remedy. Let's see how this works.
He also should do some physical exercise which is important for him.

Important:
Advise him not to keep taking all medicines allopathy, Ayurved, etc for fast relief as he has this habit. He would never be cured.
