Need advice/help from experienced homeopath!

Hi there,
Im 35 years old woman. I have issues with my health for some time now. I need advice what should be done to improve my health. I have following problems: overweight, hair loss (light) but looks more than normal, red pimples on my back (as long as i can remember) and sometimes on hand, legs,I got bartholine cyst after 2nd c-section 5 yrs back ( its small like grape, its not bothering me but I am aware of it). Since last two years I had sharp /dull pain randomly anywhere in my muscles few times a day. From last few days I experince severe pain in two point (dimples) in my lower back only if its touched/pressure applied. I am nor sure what is this but may look as fibromyalgia. In my area there is no homeopath doctor available so would like to get any good advice here.

P.S. I do not have any thyroid issues.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I do not know if you are new to homeopathy. But I would like to make few points clear.

Homeopath needs lot health more details and homeopathy recommends only minimum doses. So, I often prescribe very few doses mostly a single dose. You should wait patiently and follow my instructions properly for benefits. But all this need not be taken as guarantee of cure. I can assure you of doing my level best.

If you are comfortable with all this please provide more details:

Write about following:
Age/Gender/Location/Country/Ethnicity. Height / Weight /Skin color/Eye color.
Weather tolerance preference (Heat /cold). Thirsty / Thirstless.

Please explain everything in detail. Don't try to cut short.
When & how your present trouble started? Mention location / side (right or left) of each complaint. What is the probable cause of each of your health problem according to you?

All your past and present health conditions in sequence oldest to newest. All details of previous treatments (oldest to newest) and their effects. Your tolerance / preference to weather (Hot / cold).

For females: Write about your periods / menses.

Write in detail about you – emotions, fears, sentiments, etc. your personality, physical parameters, habits, feelings about life, etc.

Write in detail about your life: social, family, occupational, schooling, childhood, etc. You should mention about incidences that might have influenced or impacted your mind / health / life considerably.

Write about what common opinions most people have about you; what most people comment /say about you frequently; how they react / interact with you & why?

Write something unique about you (how you are different from others or what makes you special).

Female, 35 years old. Live in Dallas, USA. Ethnicity - mixed Indian/European. Height - 5'2. weight 185 lbs.Skin color - fair. Eye color - brown.I like warm weather like in spring/fall. I can tolerate heat. But I dont like cold winter weather. I do not feel thirst much. I need to remind myself to drink water.
Pain in tender point of lower back (dimples) started few days back. I only feel pain in there if i touch/apply pressure. Honestly i do not know what caused that.
Earlier this year i had blocked ear due to cold and it lasted for few weeks without resolving so my doctor told me to take antibiotic to resolve infection. I had quite bad reaction - yeast infection/diarrhea/colics so I stopped just after second dose. To battle yeast infection doctor prescribed me diflucan for which I had side effect of extreme tiredness(malaise) which lasted for 10-12 days. Then after approx. 3 weeks i developed rash on right palm between thumb and index fingers. Later rash spread to other fingers and further on palm but slightly subsided from initial location, but rash worsens after using soaps/shampoos. Sometimes rash also appear on fingers on the left hand. This rash look like hydroponic eczema. This issue is on an off, but more on. For this particular issue I feel antibiotic and diflucan caused skin issue. before I never had this problem.
Bartholin cyst i got right after 2nd c-section(5 yrs back) Initially it was egg or golf size and uncomfortable. But then subsided to grape size and not disturb much.

Hair loss which i mention not severe but slightly more than normal - this started 7 years back.

I also have reaction(probably allergy) to certain food like strawberry and pineapple-30 minutes after eating these fruits i get quite severe pain/spasm in my stomach which last 2-4 hours.
Periods not always regular. Becomes irregular by stress, weight gain and travel.

I get upset if someone critize me (and worry if I say something wrong and what ppl will think about). I can cry for small things.I'm also not consistent of achieve my goal. initially i feel
i will do anything to achieve it but few days later i start getting lazy and loose interest in doing.
I do not feel confident enough to speak in public, or take lead role.I fear to fail.
I feel uncertenity about life. I do not know what expect. This is maybe when I was 12 years old
my father die in car accident. Since then life was very tough for my family(financially and emotionally). A lot of people attitude changed towards us.
I also have fear of losing close to me people (because of what happened to my father and elder brother who also died in accident 11 years back).
Other fears I have are - height, tight spaces, illness and death.
I do not like new routines.

I lived and studied in Europe. Childhood was good until tradegy struck when I lost father.
But thru childhood I was bullied mostly because of complexion(same happened to my siblings too).

Personality - if i take something to do i will try to do it perfectly, thats why
i do not take many things to do as of fear to fail. And I am also very detailed too.

Please let me know if you need to know anything else.

"I do not like new routines" What is this? Explain.

"Skin color - fair"; "I was bullied mostly because of complexion" Appear to be contradictory, explain.

-I do not like new things to adjust to.
-Though my skin color is fair, but not as white as mostly people have in Europe.

Nothing else to eat or drink 1 hour before and 1 hour after the dose/s.
(This dose works for several days. So, keep patience).

Do’s & don’ts:
1. Stay away from Strong odors.

3. Place the prescribed dose under the tongue and let it dissolve. Keep the dose for at least 2 minutes in mouth.
4. Keep medicine containers airtight, away from direct sunlight, heat, any smell and children.
5. Avoid strong smells and odors AFAP.
6. Do not take any other medicines for any health problems. Most symptoms go as they come within 24-72 hours. Do not apply any cream etc for skin itching / eruption, if any.
7. Report any problems & seek appropriate advice.
8. Otherwise report progress after 1week.

You did not mention which medicine. Here in stores only pellet form medicine available, no liquid. Is this constitutional treatment or symptomatic?

leeleee 7 years ago
Oh! Sorry, there was some error while editing.

I have made necessary corrections in above prescription. Please refer above.

On what day you took the dose?
I hope you have taken only one dose.
Have you followed all the instructions properly?
How is your strawberry / pineapple allergy?

DrKulkarni 7 years ago
Last time we talked was on sunday on Sunday and the earliest I could get the medicine was Wednesday and first thing in the morning on Thursday I had it as per your instruction.I had only one dose. For few days it was okay and then after 4-5 days I started feeling worse as I mentioned in previous post. I did not try strawberry/pineapple as I am afraid to get severe pain for several hours.
