Looking to help my sons with homeopathy (ADHD?)

Hi all!

I have scoured these forums and really have learned a lot. It inspired me to have my youngest son treated by a homeopath for his autism.

In my reading, I wondered if my older sons (ages 11 and 9) would also benefit. I am quite sure that the 9 year old suffers from some form ADHD-- he is easily distracted, has a problem with focusing, often interrupts or blurts out, etc. He is very energetic, social, loves to sing, loves family, adventures and traveling. He hates his school work and has a hard time focusing at school, even though we can master some things at home one on one. Can be argumentative and lazy.

My oldest son is very bright, but also very withdrawn. Obsessed with video games, prefers to be alone, socially awkward, very detailed, enjoys drawing and reading and always seems to be in constant motion. Very compliant and respectful.

Both boys are very creative, but sloppy and at times can be a bit lazy-- not completing a task to the best of their ability or correctly.

I thought that Sulphur would be a great treatment for them, but wanted to hear other takes. I was also looking into some remedies that might help me focus as well so I am looking forward to your input!

Thank you!

Hi.

Each person needs their case taken in detail by an experienced homeopath- do not self prescribe except if an acute illness where you
Could use the Remedy Finder to help.

Good you found a homeopath for your son. Anyone can offer advice on
This forum and it can be very bad advice. Look at user names, read cases, and ask for specific people
When you need help.

I've read GAPS diet gives good results with ADHD, maybe you want to look into it. It is about gut healing and it's designed by an MD who also has a degree in nutrition.

Your oldest son might be awkward/withdrawn if he's been teased by peers in school. Maybe he did not mention. Or he might be simply introverted - this world belongs to extroverts and social butterflies expect everyone to behave the same. They don't understand that someone would rather read or watch a sunset instead of talking over each other in the crowd. Unless he harbors unhappiness, he's perfectly healthy.

Best of luck
