Back and Sternum pain
Hello everybody!I Male 30 years old have a pain in upper back between the spine and shoulder blades. The pain is worse in winter. There is also another back pain it happens at weekends that i can sleep some more. I am waking up at 8 a.m. with pain at almost the whole back, that pain locates on the spine at lumbar and dorsal region. I have to change positions to ease the pain for some minutes or leave the bed to stop it.
Every noon when i am in work i have a pain in sternum for about 2-3 hours. The back pain at dorsal and the sternum pain are somehow connecting. I am feeling like there is a screw between back and sternum and screwing me.
For these symptoms the most of the tension locates at the right side of body. Some days i feel pain in my lower ribs right side front and back.
Thanks
